2. What data we process and why

Usage statistics are aggregated and are not used to profile visitors or for advertising. Enquiry data is not used to send commercial communications.
3. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as the conversation or, where applicable, the business relationship lasts, and then blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Server logs are deleted periodically. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
4. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The website and email are hosted on servers owned by Unipimus Network, S.L., so no external hosting or email providers are involved. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes browsing data as a data processor, which may involve transfers to Google LLC (United States) covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@unipimus.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
